This device is an energy-efficient heat pump type sludge drying system capable of handling both organic and inorganic sludge. It can dry dewatered sludge with a moisture content of 60-85% down to 15-50%, operating solely on electricity without using fossil fuels such as heavy oil or gas. By reducing the moisture content, it is expected to minimize sludge volume, lower treatment costs, reduce storage space, and decrease CO₂ emissions. Since it is modular, it can be installed in a short period. The casing material is made of SUS304, providing high durability and a sealed structure that minimizes odor leakage.
